good to know

general information

The prices are per apartment and day at an occupancy of 4 persons with a minimum stay of 7 days. For each extra person (0-99 years) there is an extra charge of 15,00 € per day.

Only in low and off-season we rent our apartments for 2 persons at a reduced price. Prices for 2 / 6 persons on inquiry.

With a minimum stay of 1 week the prices include the final cleaning.

With a stay of less than 1 week we charge € 50,00 for the final cleaning.

During the season, bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday.

Off-season minimum stay of 3 days

Prices shown attract a tourist tax per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.

On request: microwave, use of washing machine, ironing facilities

We are partner from Acquafun San Candido (swimming pool) and offer reduced prices for all our guests.

the prices include:

  • towels, bed- and kitchen-linen (weekly change)
  • cot and high chair for children
  • WLAN
  • SAT-TV
  • Safe
  • private open parking space
  • bike deposit
  • ski deposit
  • free transfer from and to the railway station of San Candido
  • heating electricity, water
  • garden for sunbathing, use of toys

cancellation

Up to  3 month before arrival the cancellation will be free of charge. From 3 month till up to 4 weeks before arrival we charge you 3 day of the price. Within 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee will be 100 % of the total price.

As a particular service feature and to save additional cost, we offer you the travel cancellation insurance. Please read here all about the services and how you can book this “guardian-angel”.
